You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. If 30 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@quenby.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions (for physical products) or process your refund directly (for digital products).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (for physical products), or your refund request is approved (for digital products), we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
