Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Digital Products

Digital editions (PDF) are delivered via email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@quenby.com.

Tracking

All physical orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by contacting us with your order number.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Quenby is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@quenby.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
